Do you have any questions about our pilot control products? We have you covered.
What are the lead times between order and delivery?
We do hold limited stock for our standard off-the-shelf products, otherwise lead times are usually between 10-14 weeks. For bespoke products, this lead time can increase and is dependent on customer requirements.
What are your controls made from?
All our controls are metal and come with appropriate pre-drilled and tapped mounting bolt holes.
Can you help with product integration?
We will provide you with all the integration documentation you will need to successfully set up your Stirling Dynamics control product and can provide extra remote support. However, if you want us to integrate onsite then we can plan this activity and include it in the proposal process to you.
What after care service do you supply?
Whilst we hope that our products will provide life-long carefree usage there may be a need for repairs. We may ask for the whole system to be returned, but we ask that initially, you send an email to productsupport@stirling-dynamics.com to coordinate the activity.
I can’t find my user manual documentation, what do I do now?
No problem, we supply all user manual documentation electronically to customers as part of the product delivery process. However, we understand that as time goes on, this documentation can get misplaced. Contact us directly at productsupport@stirling-dynamics.com with your company and product details and we will re-send your user documentation.
